Each year Fort Wayne Pride's stage features a variety of local, regional and national performers.  The two day festival has acoustic performers, bands, DJs and it ends with the area's largest drag show! Check out this year's entertainers below and we can't wait to see you at Pride 2019 July 26th & 27th!

7-8:30pm  Lipstick Jodi-  Lipstick Jodi is a three piece indie alt-pop band out of Grand Rapids, Michigan fronted by guitarist and lead singer Karli Morehouse. Lipstick Jodi are masters of catchy melodies with vocal harmonies and instrumental flourishes that linger in your head long after the songs are over.

9-10:30 Good Night Gracie- Good Night Gracie plays music that keeps people on the dance floor all night long! Whether it's a new one from Katy Perry or FloRida or a classic from the BeeGees or Stevie Wonder, Gracie's music selection is guaranteed to keep you moving from the first few notes until it's time to go home!

10:45-12a DJ Scoob- Coming out of Cleveland, DJ Scoob will be here to throw down the beats with the latest hip hop and R & B! 

12-12:30 AcousticAsh- AcousticAsh uses an acoustic guitar and a smoky, soulful, expressive sound as a platform for diversity and equality. Currently unsigned; AcousticAsh is a singer/songwriter originally from England who is now based in Michigan, USA. With music that inspires, moves and motivates; AcousticAsh will leave you feeling truly satisfied and wanting more. "Motown's activism without the doom and gloom."

12:45-1:30 Will Certain- Will grew up in the small town of LaGrange, Indiana. In a very small town there are only a couple of things to do, and Will picked music instead of getting in trouble and chasing girls. With the divorce of his parents, and people that were close to him falling victim to drugs and alcohol, Will had plenty of fuel to start writing his own songs at the age of fourteen. Determined not to fall by the wayside, he has written over thirty original songs that speak like a storybook of his past, present, and future endeavors. 

Will has performed at hundreds of shows. Some for five people, some for 100, and some for tens of thousands. His poise, and respect for music, and his passion for the art shine through with every single song performed. If you have not had the chance to see Will live, you are missing out. Regardless of the genre that you prefer, Will is a perfect fit.

1:45-2:30 Jen & the Foggy Creek Band- Roots oriented music with a modern twist, Jen & the Foggy Creek band blend Bluegrass, Irish, Folk, and Americana musical styles for a toe tapping good time. Featuring local musicians, including festival favorite, Jen Fisher, Jen & the Foggy Creek Band will provide a new type of music to Pride's afternoon stage. 

2:45-3:30 Jess Thrower- Jess Thrower is a singer-songwriter from Fort Wayne. Check her Instagram @personwithmagicalpowers for a list of her upcoming shows.

3:45-4:45 New Fame- Adrienne Mack-Davis and feleciacruz have spent the last 5 years traveling the world living a life of shows, service and self-development. With over 1000 performances and 50 workshops in 8 countries and countless cities/states the ladies have finally found their DJ. Skulz is from Saigon, Vietnam and has an incredible ear for genre blending, his virtue, unsurpassed work ethic and enthusiasm in every moment made him an instant part of the team. For two years the three have been working together creating a show and sound that weaves in and out of freestyles, DJ sets and original music by songstress Adrienne Mack-Davis backed by feleciacruz are always pushing a positive message throughout a combination of hard hitting hip-hop, dance, trap, reggae and dancehall tunes these three high energy artists are sure to leave you feeling like you can fly and wanting more!

5:15-6:15 Blu Janes- A positive explosion of real instruments, live looping, and a flow curated over years of mixed tapes and a deep love of classic rap, is a new page in the book of hip hop. The Blu Janes is more than a musical collaboration, but a soundtrack for those voices under represented and a bridge between cultures assumed black or white. You are all invited to be The Blu Janes- regardless of Gender, Race, Class, Religion, Sexual Orientation or Geography, this is our time. The Blu Janes has arrived. 

MC Genesis Blu is a rapper based in Houston, Texas, recently named 2016's Best Rapper by the Houston Press. Kristen Ford is a looper, singer-songwriter and road warrior based in Nashville, Tennessee. Her most recent album "Rend & Render" was named the #2 record of 2016 by The Worcester Telegram. In 2016 she logged 177 shows across the USA and Europe.The Blu Janes are a driven duo, while pursuing solo careers in different cities, manage to collaborate via satellite and while passing through the same city. 

6:45-7:45 Doug Strahm- Raised to march with the drum beat of family and social expectations, he married and fathered three children. At the age of 23, he divorced and gained full custody of his children – a 23 year old single father with two of his three toddlers still in diapers.

He spent his early years writing jingles and video commercials for local businesses while he owned and operated a critically acclaimed Italian restaurant. During this time he also was very involved with Nashville songwriting seminars, networking and writing with independent artists and publishers. Many doors would easily open for him when he would show up at A&R & publishing departments with lunch that he would prepare himself using recipes from his restaurant. He continued to write, work his restaurant, do studio work, raise his children and fathered another son. He and his partner have been together for 22 years.

"I firmly believe a time is coming where men can sing about the men they love and no one will bat an eye. Until then, I will proudly keep doing it. Doug will be accompanied by various area musicians who have played for bands like Genesis, Tears for Fears, Oak Ridge Boys, and more!

8:15-9:15 DJ Sarah Akawa & DJ Boyfrrriend- The DJ duo, also known as Queer Pressure, is a DIY collective of queer-identifying people who seek to promote queer art/artists/concerts/performers/djs/parties/and more.  They are explicitly political and began as an underground collaboration between Sarah Akawa and DJ Boyfrrriend seeking to curate a better nightlife community for queer people in their hometown of Madison, WI. They seek to push the boundaries of homonormativity and create events for and by queer people. Playing primarily pop and dance music, they have performed around the Midwest at various venues and Pride festivals.

9:30-Midnight Drag Show- Over two dozen performances by some of the best drag queens and kings in the area including current and former Mr & Miss Prides and special guests! Check back for a complete listing!
